Il 30 dicembre, Lee Jong Suk viene nominato vincitore del premio Daesang agli MBC Drama Awards 2022.

È stato un riconoscimento per la sua recitazione impeccabile nella serie "Big Mouth", che è stato anche il suo drama di ritorno dopo il suo congedo militare.

Grazie alla sua recitazione appassionata e incredibilmente coerente, "Big Mouth" ha concluso con il più alto picco di valutazione degli spettatori di 13,7 ed è stato persino selezionato come miglior successo di MBC nel 2022. In Italia potete vederlo su Disney +.
Sempre con "Big Mouth" , l'attore ha vinto il premio Best Couple Award con la co-star Im YoonA.
