“Peach Tree” sarà il secondo film (il primo è stato "Magic") in cui l'attrice farà da regista.
Per i ruoli principali si sta pensando a Nam Sang Mi e Ryu Duk Hwan.

Il drama s'intitola Take Care of Us, Captain! e Koo Hye Sun interpreterà Han Da Jin, una donna che vuole diventare pilota di aerei. Si seguirà, dunque, la crescita personale e professionale del personaggio, come diventerà co-pilota assieme a Ji Jin Hee, che è più anziano e più esperto di lei, e si seguirà la sua storia d'amore con Lee Chun Hee. Altri attori del cast sono Yoo Sun, Honey Lee, and Sean Richard.
Il drama andrà in onda dopo Tree With Deep Roots, dal 4 gennaio.

Il 18 Agosto, Ku Hye Sun ha annunciato che suo marito Ahn Jae Hyun vuole il divorzio.
“Dopo che abbiamo perso la nostra scintilla, mio marito è cambiato nel cuore e desidera il divorzio e io voglio restare sposata.”
Ku Hye Sun e Ahn Jae Hyun si sono sposati a maggio 2016 dopo aver recitato insieme nel drama “Blood”.
